Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Victoria Barcelona. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Non-returnable items:
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items, custom products, gift cards, and personal care items.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after [number of days] from our notification, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wecare@victoriabarcelona.com and send your item to:

Shipping Returns
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel an order after it has been placed. However, if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
